Exposure-normalised event rates per 1,000 km across speeding, harsh braking, harsh cornering, day and night fatigue, and harsh acceleration.

Hardware & Connectivity Hygiene
Ghost units and tamper alerts
Unit connectivity, ghost units you're still paying rental on, and tamper or power-disconnect alerts, with the monthly Rand wastage on dormant rentals.

Warranty compliance and schedule audit

Common questions
Which fleet size should I choose?
Choose the tier that covers the number of tracked assets in your fleet: Micro Fleet for 1–15, Core Fleet for 16–50, and Enterprise Quick-Check for 51–150. For larger fleets, contact FTRA.
What files do I need?
Your telematics provider's monthly invoice (PDF or PNG), your fleet asset list or schedule (Excel or CSV), and your monthly driver exception summary (Excel or CSV). FTRA sends a secure upload link after payment.
Should driver names be included?
Driver exception summaries can use driver codes instead of names. Please don't send ID numbers, passwords or API keys.
Is VAT added?
No. FTRA is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the final price.
Is this an insurance product?
No. The audit is a paid, structured review based on the information and files you supply. It is not an insurance product or a guarantee of insurance savings.
How is my information protected?
Your information and files are used only for your audit, and access is limited to the FTRA team working on it. See the Privacy Notice for retention and your rights.
